We founded the ACCEL-Nest to create a vibrant living space for our families and friends. We want to live around fascinating people and discuss business and personal stuff. To help each other, we share everyday life tips and insights. In safe community living, our children are visiting neighbors, and we spending time together not worrying about a thing.

The ACCEL kindergarten and school have been opened since 2019 and offer education in English. Your child can choose ballet and gymnastics, singing classes, theatre and other activities for the extra curriculum. Legal security and documents
The Indonesian company PT High Flying Birds, which was founded by Russian investors, guarantees the timing and quality of construction. The design is carried out by the Russian architectural company Arhip.
You sign the "AGREEMENT FOR LEASE OF A LAND AND CONSTRUCTION OF A VILLA" with the company that owns the land lot
Based on the Agreement, you make an advance payment by transferring money to our SWIFT account.
You agree on the individual features of architecture and design.
You receive monthly reports about the construction and renovation stages.
Upon completion of construction, we perform handover with you signing the acceptance certificate for building and repair work.
You also sign a land lot lease agreement. It means that you become the owner of the villa and land lot for 25 years. According to Indonesian law, all real estate on the land belongs to you.
Until September 2023, we have a preferential right to extend the lease for another 25 years at a fixed rate. It means you can own your property lot for 50 years (until 2071).
