The first goal is comfortable living, and the second is highly profitable rental opportunities. Farsight Management Company played a role in the development of this project. For me personally, the Happiness project represents the crowning achievement of my architectural studio.

The buyer agrees on individual architectural and design features.
A 'Villa Construction Contract' is signed with the company that owns the land.
Based on this contract, the buyer makes a partial payment.
The buyer receives reports on the construction and finishing stages once every 2 weeks.
At the completion of construction, the buyer signs an acceptance and handover certificate for the finished villa.
Along with signing the acceptance certificate, the buyer signs a contract with the management company.
